PGIT Marketing
The Preferred Governmental Insurance Trust is marketed to Florida public entities through a select group of "program agents" who specialize in the public sector.
The Trusts' administrator, Public Risk Underwriters, possesses over 25 years experience in governmental risk financing and pooling. They are extremely active in their membership, and their support to several organizations including PRIMA, RIMS, Florida Association of Special Districts, Florida Association of Counties, and the Florida Partnership for Safety and Health.
As PGIT enters its ninth year of operation in 2008, membership is comprised of approximately 700 entities with annualized premiums in excess of $100 million.
