The Risk Advisory Board increases this special advantage. Composed of full-time risk managers from the membership, the board is uniquely equipped to monitor and help improve products and services - it serves as a voice of the membership. The board works in synergy with the administrator for maximum efficiency.
The Risk Advisory Board's mission is to assist, advise, and support Preferred's program administrator in the process of improving products, services, and member relations in a positive, resourceful, and cooperative manner. The Board is committed to providing feedback on existing and new products & services through the development of committees to serve for Legislative Review, Claims, Coverage, Safety and other key issues that may be presented to the Board. The Board is devoted to assuring that known resources have been utilized and implemented to ensure fair and equitable representation of all Preferred members
